Cancellations by you, the client, that are received by our reservation office forty (40) days prior to the schedule date of your reservation will receive a full refund less a non-refundable processing fee of 15% of the total price involved to you for the cancelled reservation.
Cancellations that are made by you, the client, thirty (30) days prior to the reserved charter are non-refundable. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance.
Even though we rarely cancel tours, we do reserve the right to cancel a charter motorcoach for any reason whatsoever, including too few participants, logistical problems, or circumstances that render the operation of the charter coach inadvisable.
If we cancel the charter coach tour as stated above, we will refund all payments made to Alaska Toby Express in full. This refund will be the limit of our liability. We will not be held responsible for any other expenses incurred on your tour.
